Tactical Athlete Training Days

Brooks Battlegroup’s Tactical Athlete Training Days are designed for competitors preparing for events such as The Tactical Games, Patriot Games, CrossFit-style shooting competitions, and other fitness-based firearms challenges.

These training days combine functional fitness, firearms handling, movement, and competition-style stage work to help athletes build confidence, endurance, accuracy, and efficiency under physical stress. Participants will run through mock courses and scenario-based stages that simulate the demands of tactical athlete competitions, giving them the opportunity to practice transitions, movement, shooting positions, and performance under pressure.

Whether you are new to tactical fitness competitions or looking to sharpen your skills before your next event, this training is built to help you identify strengths, improve weaknesses, and gain valuable experience in a controlled training environment.

Training may include:

  • Mock competition stages

  • Fitness and shooting combination drills

  • Movement with equipment

  • Rifle and/or pistol work

  • Positional shooting

  • Stage planning and strategy

  • Stress-based performance training

  • Safe weapons handling and range discipline

All training is conducted with a strong focus on safety, control, and responsible firearms use. Participants should come prepared for a physically demanding training day and bring required gear, firearms, ammunition, hydration, and appropriate workout/range attire.
